Panificadora Elite is a special Pman customer, located in São Gabriel da Cachoeira, 852 kilometers from Manaus, in the state of Amazonas. In the city that borders Colombia and Venezuela, 9 out of 10 residents are of indigenous origin. Among the 47 inhabitants, there are more than 26 ethnic groups that communicate in 3 official languages, in addition to Portuguese.
On site, Pman works to improve the quality of bread, promoting increased shelf life of products and competitiveness with quality inputs.
