The Pman and the Böcker
In 2020, through a Joint Venture, it entered into a knowledge transfer agreement with the century-old company Böcker, which includes the rights to produce and distribute Sourdough in North, Central and South America.
Böcker was the first company in the world to commercially make Cultures of Sourdough available, having 112 years of experience in the exclusive production of Sourdough.
In 2022, Pman inaugurated the Sourdough factory in Brazil.
